EPA refers Rover's violations to Ohio Attorney General

In a written statement, Heather Taylor-Miesle, executive director of the Ohio Environmental Council, said the group supported Ohio EPA's effort to hold Rover and Energy Transfer accountable.

"Energy Transfer Partners should stand up and do what is right, and they justly should be held accountable for their disregard of Ohioans and our environment," Taylor-Miesle wrote.
