The Fight for Ohio’s Clean Energy Future

Ohio’s clean energy standards are under attack—and we need your help to protect them!

In 6 years we’ve helped clean the environment, create thousands of green-collar jobs, and all Ohioans have seen millions in savings on their utility bills. So why does the legislature want to roll back that progress and “freeze” these standards?

Raising Environmental Awareness Lessons (REAL)

Join Ron Boyd as he continues to lead us in the ongoing monthly environmental series (REAL). This month we will be discussing the book The Ecology of Commerce by Paul Hawken.

Hawken’s view is that the impending ecological catastrophe cannot be prevented by individuals – only business is powerful and influential enough to reverse the present trend. He gives a practical 12-point action plan which can save the world, if only there is the will to do it.

Ohio advocates speak out in DC on the rollbacks underway at Trump's EPA

“In Ohio alone, close to 30,000 children will suffer from asthma attacks due to smog pollution caused by oil and gas pollution. As someone who suffers from asthma attacks, I can not imagine the turmoil and fear a parent must feel when they’re sitting in the emergency room with their child who is just trying to breathe.” - Lauren Miller, resident of Cincinnati

Ticked about ticks.

Yesterday, I was getting my 3 year-old daughter Quinn dressed for school when I noticed a small, dark pin-head shape on her upper thigh. Having grown up in the country, I knew right away what this was: a deer tick!
