This Earth Day, we want to celebrate the impact that we can have when we come together to work for a common goal. Together, we can clean up our parks, celebrate with our communities, and make the planet a little cleaner and greener for all who inhabit it. Our members across the state have shared events, activities, and volunteer opportunities from their communities – take a look below!

Northeast Ohio

Citizens’ Climate Lobby Mahoning Valley Chapter and Plant Ahead Ohio present an Earth Day 2022 event – “Impacts of Climate Change on the Mahoning Valley.” Dr. Felicia Armstrong and Dr. Colleen McLean of the Youngstown State University Department of Physics, Astronomy, Geology, and Environmental Science will discuss what climate change is and how it is affecting our community. This event is FREE and open to the public. It will take place in person at the Wick Park pavilion and also streamed on Facebook Live for those who cannot attend.
