Honoring Jack Shaner

This week, we are highlighting environmental hero and OEC alumni, Jack Shaner. Jack served as OEC’s Legislative Director from 1997-2014, and helped secure many wins for the environment including the passage of the Clean Ohio Fund in 2000, and the Clean Energy Standards in 2008. Jack is motivated by his belief that “everyone has the right to breathe clean air, drink clean water, and enjoy unpolluted land.” To commemorate Jack and his dedication to protecting the environment, the OEC has set up the Legislative Victory Fund, which you can donate to today!
