At the OEC’s annual meeting on May 3rd 1986, we presented awards to five outstanding environmentalists for their contribution to conservation. One of the awardees, Richard Moseley Jr, the first Chief of the Division of Natural Areas and Preserves of ODNR, was commended for his administration of the Division and the income tax refund checkoff program.
