Serving as the OEC’s Chief People Officer, Dante leads the organization’s human resource efforts and talent functions. He also works alongside the “People Operations” team to provide all staff with accessible, innovative processes, tools, and resources that streamline the employee experience. Dante grew up in Akron, Ohio and has worked in the non-profit sector for over 20 years with various roles in Operations, Human Resources, Finance, and Project Management. Dante is passionate about helping organizations improve their human capital processes as well as working on issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion. He resides in Columbus, Ohio with his wife Ashley and their daughter, Ella.
