We know that Ohioans overwhelmingly believe that our state’s elected leaders should act on climate, significantly invest in renewable energy, and ensure clean, healthy air for all Ohioans. House Bill 6 (HB 6) was always a bad deal for Ohioans, sticking us with dirtier air and higher utility bills while gutting our clean energy future. HB 6 was passed on the backs of Ohioans—costing consumers more money, cutting Ohioans clean energy jobs, and polluting our environment by killing our energy efficiency and renewable energy standards.
