As Deputy Director of Power a Clean Future Ohio, Cassandra Clevenger will ensure that communities in Ohio have all of the tools necessary to take equitable strides to address climate change in their own backyards that will lead to significant shared impact at the state, federal, and global levels. Cassandra has previously worked at Trumbull Neighborhood Partnership, where she successfully built capacity and strengthened fundraising efforts for community projects and coalitions working towards changing policies, systems, and environments to create healthier and more equitable communities. They are a graduate of Kent State University, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Conservation. Cassandra actively volunteers in her local community with efforts to strengthen the local park system and urban forest canopy.
