The Ohio EPA will conduct a public hearing regarding Jurgensen’s (Enon Sand and Gravel) recent application to discharge water into an unnamed tributary of the Mud Run.
The meeting has an extremely limited focus: the potential effects of the discharge of water into Mud Run tributary only!
The meeting will begin with an informational session, followed by a question and answer period and transition into the official Public Hearing with testimonials being taken.
You are encouraged to bring a written testimony of your concerns about the discharge of water into a Mud Run tributary.
