Join the Ohio Environmental Council Law Center for a timely CLE webinar examining how Ohio’s legal and regulatory framework for utility‑scale electric generation siting has evolved over the past five years following the passage of SB 52—and where it may be headed next. 

This program will focus on current law and policy surrounding the siting of utility‑scale solar and other electric generation projects in Ohio, with particular attention to decisions issued by the Ohio Supreme Court and proceedings before the Ohio Power Siting Board (OPSB).
