Amicus Brief at the Ohio Supreme Court in Support of the Board’s Approval of Fountain Point Solar:

On May 15, 2025, the OEC filed an amicus brief at the Ohio Supreme Court in support of the Ohio Power Siting Board’s decision to approve the Fountain Point Solar project in Logan County. Our brief argues in favor of a broad public interest analysis that carefully considers the substance of arguments for or against projects, not just the quantity of support or opposition.
