Amicus Brief at the Ohio Supreme Court in Support of the Board’s Approval of Frasier Solar

On March 3, 2026, the OEC filed an amicus brief at the Ohio Supreme Court in support of the Ohio Power Siting Board’s decision to approve the Frasier Solar project in Knox County. Our brief argues in favor of a broad public interest analysis that carefully considers the substance of arguments for or against projects, not just the quantity of support or opposition. Frasier Solar will bring clean energy to Knox County alongside an agrivoltaic, sheepgrazing program.
