From Farm to Frustration: The Regulatory Stranglehold on Hemp and Adult Use Cannabis
Ohio’s legal landscape around hemp and adult-use cannabis has changed a lot in the past decade. The regulatory, legal, and economic complexities of this industry have created a unique and somewhat perplexing situation. Right now, the Ohio legislature is considering four bills, each aiming to make a different impact on the consumer market.
