OEC Submits Letter of Protest to Defend the Wayne National Forest

Today OEC’s Law Center and partner organizations filed their letter of protest in response to proposed fracking in Ohio’s only National Forest. In the letter we outlined serious concerns for the environment, the species who call the land home, and public health for nearby communities. The OEC is dedicated to continuing this legal battle with key partners to ensure this land is protected for generations to come.
