A Deeper Look: Water Infrastructure Trends and Lead Service Line Replacement Programs
Ohio has an estimated 650,000 lead service lines across the state. While we’ve seen recent investments in lead service line replacement from programs like the H2Ohio Funding Initiative, developing a comprehensive plan with a timeline for ridding Ohio’s drinking water delivery systems of lead will be critical.

Each expert discussed their regions’ innovative lead service line replacement programs which advance equity and support low-income customers.
